Lamb of God Church, ELCA

As a part of a Christian congregation among the Lutheran family of believers, we believe in a loving God as Father and Creator who is the source of all that is good and perfect.

We believe that God was not content in leaving humanity in a fallen condition but came in the person of Jesus Christ to die on a cross for us. After Jesus died and was resurrected, the Holy spirit was sent to baptized persons to indwell, transform and empower them so that they can experience the abundant life that is promised in by Jesus.

We also believe that God desires that we live in a community of disciples in order to be strengthened by the Word that comes to us in proclaimed Scripture and the sacraments.

The people of God are then sent into the world to serve and witness to God’s power and presence.  For the Christian, worship is central.  The worship style at Lamb of God is gospel/contemporary and it is personal and meaningful.  At this time, we are graced with two choirs; "The Champions of the Lord" - our adult singers, and the "Lamb of God Community Children's Choir." Each choir alternates during the month and are excited and thrilled to minister to those who come.  We also have a dedicated band of very competent musicians who are excited about playing together in service to the Lord.
